Agreement

Cene is operated by Laos Holdings, LLC ("Laos Holdings," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing Cene or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Cene.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Cene is invite-only and currently focused on Scottsdale, Arizona. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.

Your account

You are responsible for the phone number you verify and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others or create fake profiles.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Cene for unlawful, harassing, or abusive behavior
  • Attempt to scrape, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service
  • Share access codes or invites in a way that misrepresents Cene
  • Post false information or use the service to spam others

Pre-launch service

Cene is preparing for launch. Features, availability, and locations may change. We may modify or suspend the service at any time without liability for interruptions during pre-launch or beta periods.

Disclaimers

Cene is provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or in-person interactions. You are responsible for your conduct and safety when meeting people in real life.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cene and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute that may be brought in court will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
